BMW introduced its first midsize SUV in 1999 with the X5. The X3 compact followed in 2003. But BMW does not call these vehicles SUVs. He called Sport Activity Vehicle. It was a pretty good reputation as the car was much better than most of their competitors.
BMW created the X5 in 2007. It's now the turn of the X3. The famous barbecue double kidney shaped leaves no doubt that this is a BMW. Lateral line and rear design is not too far from the aspect of the X3 first.
But this X3 2011 is not an easy transformation of the original. It's a bit outside, which means more cargo space and, more importantly, more comfort for adults sitting in the back seat. Front occupants get more space for the shoulder. Yes, the X3 sport is now much more family friendly.
The X3 2003 could climb steep, too hard on rough pavement. The 2011 X3 turns firmly but comfortably. There is a marked improvement.
Fortunately, it was BMW line exposure to the tendency to provide a hard drive on a road very bad, without manipulation. The BMW X3 tracks nice, even if the road throws you a curve. The car has an almost perfect balance, good steering feel and great grip. Braking is also very good.

Engine performance is as good as the other parts of the vehicle. X3 with a naturally aspirated engine can do 60 miles per hour in 6.8 seconds. Even when activated, the engine is smooth. AIDS transmission in this class with moves excellent performance over time.
Although BMW has improved the interior, I have some problems with the interior of the car. Remove the shift lever, for example. Although this new version is much easier to use than the original, it is still heavy and boring. Try to agree to a radio station that is not saved, if you know what I want mine.
